IRVING, Texas – Thousands of teachers were celebrated nationwide by the College Football Playoff (CFP) Foundation and its partners with the BIG DAY -- the largest single-day effort of community impact ever undertaken by the extended college football family. Held on Monday, September 14 as part of Extra Yard for Teachers (EYFT) Week, the BIG DAY was a national day of supporting and celebrating teachers to say “thank you” in many ways to deserving educators dedicated to helping our kids learn.
